I don't think there's one place where everything's collected. Or if there is, I haven't seen it (somebody pls correct me if there is a master reference post). So starting with the absolute basics, here we go. Apologies if you already know some of this.
The year is 2019, you are in the desert in California, the main Killjoys are Party Poison (Gerard), Kobra Kid (Mikey), Fun Ghoul (Frank) and Jet Star (Ray). PP appears to be their leader. There is also a young girl who travels with them (possibly 'Missile Kid'). She is seen posting a letter to 'Mom', but her history/parentage is unknown. They all get about in their trusty Trans Am (though we have also seen Kobra Kid posing with a motorbike) and they seem to live in an old, beaten-up diner, or at least pause there to eat and dress their fine selves from time to time.
The nearest large landmark is Battery City. Battery City is controlled by BL/ind or Better Living Industries. Our bad guy, Korse, works for BL/ind and is on a mission to capture the Killjoys. He has an army of draculoids to help him with this. Draculouids wear white coats and vamp-like masks. Battery City is surrounded by zones (http://yfrog.com/55mpcdj). Zones appear to also have parts. One of the earliest KJ-related videos was video surveillance from Zone 1B, for instance.
Dr Death Defying is a DJ who runs a pirate radio station from somewhere in the desert. He broadcasts general info and music and appears to be in a wheelchair. Show Pony is his rollerskating collaborator. It's possible he plays a messenger-type role. There are a number of other small characters in the verse who don't feature in the vids but who tweeted a lot in the early stages (News A Go Go, Agent Cherri Cola, Tommy Chow Mein & DJ Hot Chimp) but some of those folks are dead now and basically they don't pop up enough to warrant me going into detail.
And now for some quoting of GWay:
"...there's no rebellion against the corporation, though. I see the Killjoys as really just survivalists. I also like to think that Better Living Industries isn't necessarily the bad guys and neither are the Killjoys. It's like they both do really messed up things, you know? [...] There's no black or white. Yeah, so I don't feel like they're really fighting against any[one], but [...] Grant Morrison plays a character called Korse. And he's basically the chief exterminator. And he goes out in the desert and cleans it up 'cause there's this city called Battery City where everything is really nice and clean. And they send people like Korse into the desert to exterminate, basically, the insects and the filth. And he has this unit of soldiers with him called Draculoids, which are basically a higher unit than police even and, literally, we're making this up as we go on."

We also got from Ray that 'S/C/A/R/E/C/R/O/W' is a police force out to get the Killjoys. "In the world of the Killjoys, S/C/A/R/E/C/R/O/W is almost like a defense force so that's the reason for the slashes."

Scarecrow is responsible for the wanted pictures of the Killjoys (http://tinyurl.com/2uer3bu). We haven't seen them directly referred to in the flesh, but I kind of get the idea that Scarecrow is the name of Korse's mini-force or perhaps a larger force that he's a part of.
Other shit:
They fuel up at Dead Pegasus gas stations. They eat 'Power Pup' kibble from cans (http://yfrog.com/jtmobij). BL/ind vending machines dispense laser guns, batteries, water, Power Pup & some other shit I can't remember. They can be hacked with a hand-held device that looks very much like a games console. Kobra Kid has a powerglove that kills draculoids very nicely. Party Posion has a giant mouse head 'rebreather' that he seems to wear at random intervals for kicks. Fun Ghoul and the little girl enjoy rocket launchers. We also see magazines called 'Shiny' (seems to have an emphasis on robots) and 'Murder' (features an article on snuff).
And that's all I can think of right now.
